What to include
- Corrections: the page address, what is wrong, and a link to the manual or support page that shows the right step, if you have one.
- Test page problems: your browser, operating system, paper size, and whether the rulers measured 100 mm and 4 in.
- Model requests: the exact model name from the label on the printer.
What we can’t help with
We are not a repair service and are not connected with any printer maker. For warranty claims, refunds or hardware faults, contact your printer’s manufacturer. We never ask for remote access to your computer, payment or personal details.
